We're Hiring – Design Manager (Interior Industry)

Locations: Bibwewadi | Viman Nagar | Nagpur - Pune

Position: Design Manager

Experience: 6+ years

Education: Degree in Interior Design / Architecture

Roles & Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and innovate design strategies aligned with business goals
  • Keep the team updated on latest design trends and technologies

Project Management

  • Oversee multiple design projects across locations
  • Ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget

Team Management

  • Mentor and develop a strong team of designers and project leads
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Interact with clients to present and refine design solutions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship

Operational Excellence

  • Implement design SOPs and monitor resource allocation
  • Align cross-functional departments with design goals

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to safety norms, codes, and industry standards
  • Maintain highest quality in both aesthetics and functionality

What You Need to Succeed

Strong leadership & team-building skills

Deep expertise in residential

Hands-on project and stakeholder management

Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite

Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
