Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Manager based in Indore. The YouTube Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the company's YouTube channel, including planning, creating, and optimizing video content. Responsibilities will include managing uploads, analyzing performance metrics, engaging with the audience, and implementing growth strategies for the channel. Qualifications

  • Video Editing and Content Creation skills for YouTube
  • Knowledge of YouTube Analytics, SEO, and channel optimization
  • Understanding of Social Media Management and Cross-Promotion
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to develop creative and engaging video concepts
  • Experience with YouTube policies, copyright guidelines, and monetization strategies
  • Background in Marketing, Media, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
