Your Role


•Lead MES consulting engagements across manufacturing domains and strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Document URS (User requirements specifications) and FRS (Functional requirements specifications) and AS-IS and TO-BE processes

•Experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, functional design and client advisory.This role requires cross functional collaboration, deep system understanding and strong communication skills

•Lead workshops with clients and cross-functional (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, IT) stake holders for requirements gathering and Conduct business process assessments and fit-gap analysis for manufacturing operations 
 
•Translate business requirements into functional and technical scalable MES solutions

Your Profile


•Collaborate with product vendors to map system functionalities with client specific requirements/workflows

•MES product hands on experience in pharma and metal domains

•Candidate shall have 6 – 12 years of experience in MES solution consulting, implementation/configuration.

•Willingness to travel and work with global stake holders
