Are you a ServiceNow CMDB expert ready to take ownership of enterprise-wide configuration strategy and governance? Join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our CMDB landscape

What You'll Do

Lead CMDB architecture aligned with ITIL best practices

Own Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations & Data Normalization

Define CI classification, relationships & lifecycle management

Resolve data gaps, duplications & compliance issues

Build dashboards, scorecards & governance frameworks

Collaborate across ITSM / ITOM / Security / Cloud / Infra teams

Automate workflows to ensure data accuracy & efficiency

Conduct CMDB audits & maturity assessments

Mentor teams and drive best practices adoption

What We're Looking For

8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping

Strong grasp of ITIL (v3/v4), CI modeling, reconciliation & integrations

Expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP, SCCM, Monitoring Tools

Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, MID Servers, API Integrations

ServiceNow Certified (CMDB / Discovery / ITOM) preferred
