Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant located in Bengaluru, Pune or Jaipur, with a chance to relocate to Singapore. The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients, offering technical support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and delivering exceptional analytical solutions. The consultant will also collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Consulting
  • At least 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Sales skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
