Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Office & Client Coordination Executive (Female) to manage day-to-day office operations, client communication, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and be capable of handling correspondence and coordination with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls, emails, and client communication efficiently.
- Draft and respond to professional emails in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up with clients, and maintain schedules.
- Manage documentation, reports, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist management in day-to-day operations and project coordination.
- Ensure smooth internal and external communication flow.
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BA, B.Com preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in office coordination, client servicing, or admin roles (freshers with good communication may apply).
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu – Mandatory
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Pleasant and professional appearance.
