● Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in assigned courses.

● Develop Curriculum, course materials, assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.

● Participate in academic committees and contribute to departmental initiatives.

● Provide academic and career guidance to students and support their overall development.

Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications:

● Immediate Joiner Required

● PhD / Master's Degree from a recognized University/ College/Institute

● Passion for teaching and a strong desire to contribute to the field of education.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

● Research experience or publications in relevant areas will be an advantage.

● Fresher's with a keen interest in academia and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

● Published research publication in the peer-reviewed journals or UGC-listed journals during assessment period.

● Completed Refresher/ Research Methodology Course/ Workshop/ Syllabus

● Up-gradation Workshop/ Training Teaching-Learning-Evaluation, Technology Programmes/ Faculty Development Programmes of at least one week (5 days) duration, or taken one MOOCs course (with e-certification) or development of e-contents in four-quadrants / MOOCs course during the assessment period

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
