  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, sales, quality control) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Track and manage customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and update customers on order status.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to product quality, shipment delays, or documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM or ERP systems.
