**Job Description - Receptionist (Female)**
**Location**:Greater Noida
**Experience**:Minimum 1+ year in front office/reception management
**Qualification**:Graduate or equivalent

**Notice Period**:Immediate to 15 days
**Gender**:Female only

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and maintain visitor records.
- Schedule and manage appointments/meetings.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to different departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in front office/reception management (minimum 1 year) is a must.
