Job Description

Designation: Alumni Coordinator - Male

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate and coordinate with all the chapter office bearers to organise all alumni events and activities. Conduct regular meetings with alumni OBs, school deans, school alumni coordinator, etc.,
  • Maintain the minutes and all records of the meeting.
  • Should be able to be the one point of contact with the alumni and guide them to get their issues and needs sorted out.
  • Should be updating regularly and maintaining the consolidated alumni count programme-wise.
  • Should be interacting with the alumni portal managers (Vaave) and do all the posts in the portal and also in the alumni social media handles.
  • Should be supporting the alumni officer to organise the reunion meetings and vitaa day on campus.
  • Should be involved in implementing the decisions taken.

Skills required: Good communication skills and logical thinking and understanding, knowledge of MS office tools, and team player.

Educational Qualification: UG/PG (Any Degree)
