Job Description

Designation : Alumni Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Should be proactive and be able to come up with ideas to improve interaction within alumni and alumni with the alma mater.
  • He has to establish a good connection with the central office bearers, core committee members of VITAA, to establish and maintain the relationship with all the chapter office bearers, to discuss and motivate chapters to organise chapter events and support them to motivate alumni to participate and increase alumni interaction, networking and participation.
  • Should keep the alumni informed about all the activities going on in the alumni circle and also in the university by guiding the alumni coordinator.  Should be taking care of the lateral hiring for alumni.
  • Should be contacting alumni for weekly spot light and doing the needful. Should be organising the reunions, VITAA day on campus.

Skills required: Multilingual, Good communication skills and logical thinking and understanding, knowledge of MS office tools, and team player.

Educational Qualification: PG: MBA
