Job Description:

Kabloom Inc is currently looking for a Digital Marketing role. The candidate should have strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media trends.

The person will need to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization and must be comfortable gathering and organizing information that translates into usable requirements.

Responsibilities:

Assist in SEO & keyword research

Create and schedule posts across social media platforms

Support paid campaign execution (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

Assist in email campaigns & newsletters

Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics

Research competitors and suggest new campaign ideas

Skills:

Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X)

Awareness of content marketing and email marketing basics

Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, or other design tools

Ability to analyze engagement metrics, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions

Strong writing skills (blogs, social media posts, ad copy)

Creativity for campaigns, reels, graphics, and emailers

Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini etc for content drafting.

Basic knowledge of AI-based design tools (Canva AI etc).

Knowledge of chatbots & conversational AI

Soft Skills:

Good communication (written & verbal)

Team player, willingness to learn and take feedback

Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Curiosity to stay updated on digital trends, tools, and algorithms
