"Critical: Strong management skills; expertise in , , TypeScript; experience with Redis and event-driven architectures using Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL; containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes

Highly Recommended: Proficiency in ; hands-on experience with CRM platforms; product-oriented mindset
