Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of GM/AVP Head Investments for a reputed company(Anmol Industries) in the Noida location.

Job Description:

  • Manage the investment arm and portfolio of family office and treasury of all businesses (Anmol Industries, Anmol Real Estate, Anmol Philanthropy and Anmol Family Office) of Anmol Group
  • Design and implement investment strategies, processes and policies
  • Identify investment opportunities across asset classes such as debt, equity, alternate investments and allocate funds for portfolio management
  • Run thorough analysis on Family Office budget, cashflows and finances and allocate assets and capital for investment and other businesses
  • Due diligence of investments before finalizing
  • Review current investments, financial statements to understand current state and suggest improvements
  • Establish financial terms and structure (e.g., one-off transaction, fund creation) for the investments to be done
  • Manage relationships with brokers, PE firms and other service providers and stay up to date with industry norms and trends
  • Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies
  • Ensure all regulatory, taxation, audit, etc. compliances related to family office are being adhered. 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, styles, models, and strategies, including portfolio theory, asset liability studies, asset allocation and performance measurement, and a solid understanding of capital markets & market regulations
  • Deep experience in market research and sourcing network, investment across asset classes, portfolio and risk management and financial due-diligence
  • Strong industry connects to ensure relationships with brokers and service providers
  • Relevant taxation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of statistical concepts, methods, and models, and their application to investments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent analytical skills
