Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HORECA Sales professional to manage and grow business within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) segment. The role involves identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and achieving sales targets through strategic partnerships and market understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers, Clubs, etc.).
- Generate new business leads and expand customer base within the HORECA segment.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) for smooth order execution.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and achieve assigned targets.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in HORECA / Institutional / B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Consumer Goods industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong market knowledge and customer network in the HORECA segment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
