Job Description

About the Role

This position has been created to support the growing needs of GPM from ITC. With numerous regional projects getting addressed at ITC. This position needs to have a sound project management leader execute the upcoming NPD projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead various projects at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune

  • Work with global business teams on various projects

  • Customer interaction, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning
  • Requirements gathering

  • Planning and executing various types of projects.

    • NPD - Engineering Projects (Consumer Based)
    • VAVE projects
    • Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
    • Conducting daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed.
    • Assist in Documenting and publishing the project reports.
    • Assisting for flawless project execution with Project Management in 'disciplined approach'.

  • Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO

  • Initiate and generate various reports (operational metrics)

  • Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Being a part of the ISO team executing flawless project documentation.
Qualification & Experience

Required:

  • Very Good Written and Spoken English
  • Very good Presentation skills
  • Should have sound stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC. EMEA).
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience (of which approximately 8+ years in core Project Management role) of product development.
  • Documentation skills, attention to details
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Preference for candidates would be given if they have:

  • 12+ years of experience (8+ years in Project Management role) of product development.
  • Experience in MS Project & related Project Management tools.
  • Experience in Past roles in Design Engineering or Manufacturing is a bonus.
  • Data Management / Data Analytics experience preferred.
  • Engineering design related exposure
  • Manufacturing process exposure
  • PMP Certification is an added advantage.
