Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and strategic Technical Project Leader to execute/handle our projects and drive revenue growth within the Sewerage Treatment Plants industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining the technical side of business execution development process. This role requires a proven ability to cultivate relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and lead initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation (Mobilization to completion and handover)
  • Responsible for the execution of civil construction work activities.
  • Estimating cost of equipment used in STP, WTP & waste water treatment plants.
  • Collaborate with management, execution and the finance team to develop project plans.
  • Collaborate with government authorities to comprehend published tenders, upcoming projects and their requirements to drive business development.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, clients, and stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively position our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; plus, MBA degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in infrastructure construction, with at least 5 years in STP projects. Hands-on experience in both STP/WTP civil works.
  • Deep understanding of STP, WTP and waste water treatment technologies, processes, and equipment.
  • A very presentable pleasing personality with high liaison skills with government clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
