About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our execution team at Richhen Engineers Pvt. Ltd. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing

the on-site execution of elevator installation and civil/electrical works, ensuring quality,safety, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise day-to-day site activities related to elevator shaft construction, MS structure

erection, civil finishing, and electrical work.

 Coordinate with vendors,subcontractors, and OEM teams during Various Project

phases

.

 Ensure execution of work timely and adhere to quality of work as per approved drawings,

specifications, and project timelines.

 Conduct quality and Safety checks as per industrial standards at the site.

 Liasoning with Clients, consultants, and internal teams for resolution of site issues.

 Prepare daily progress reports, Maintain site documentation and records detailed data of project site inventories and company assets.

 Planning and forwarding forecast site plans, projects stage plans, incurred purchase plans to the project administration.

Skills & Requirements:

 Knowledge of Mechanical/Civil/Electrical background.

 Skilled in structural drawings, preparation of BoM, Budgeting/estimation.

 Must have practical knowledge of Industrial norms. Desirable in installation oflift/elevator.

 Experienced in client handing/inspection.

 Good communication and team coordination skills.

 Comfortable working across multiple sites, including travel to project locations.
