We are looking for a Web Developer who has hands-on knowledge of Shopify, its apps, and integrations, along with basic frontend & backend coding skills. You'll help us maintain Voovly and assist in building client e-commerce websites, landing pages, and small custom features. Perfect for someone who wants to grow with us while working on live e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build and customize Shopify websites, themes, and apps.
  • Support in creating responsive landing pages, product pages, and catalog layouts.
  • Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Assist in backend integrations (APIs, forms, payment gateways, shipping apps).
  • Install, test, and configure Shopify apps to improve store functionality.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and assist in performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to implement product photography and brand assets.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience (internship/freelance also okay).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Shopify (themes, apps, store setup).
  • Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, some backend like ).
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps like product filters, review apps, payment/shipping integrations.
  • Basic understanding of SEO & responsive design.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving attitude.

Good to have (not mandatory)

  • Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with Liquid (Shopify's templating language).
  • Exposure to tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
