Summary

We are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer ideally in an electrical background to work in the fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge on Maintenance of Equipment

Responsibilities

  • Individual Shift handling and maintaining the Manufacturing equipment.

  • Daily Breakdown maintenance and maintain report

  • Trouble shoots and rectifies Electrical / Mechanical related High speed machines faults within reasonable time frame to ensure maximum availability of equipment

  • Operations and Maintenance of Utility, AC, Chillers with operations of BMS Operations

  • Strong technical knowledge of Utility Maintenance (LT/HT Panel, Diesel Generator, Transformer, Air compressor etc.)

  • Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures

  • Perform general maintenance tasks as necessary

  • Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and maintain report

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department

  • Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing / industrial sector

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

  • Expertise in automation controls including PLCs, operator interfaces

  • Focused towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness

  • Good interpersonal skills and logical problem-solving skills necessary

  • Good verbal and written communication.

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative work system.

  • Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner necessary

  • Fluent in English
