Key Responsibilities:

· Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations & achieve monthly sales targets

· Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries

· Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role

· Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the organic or agro-product industry

· Familiarity with agriculture practices

· Strong customer relationship skills

· UG: B.Sc in Agriculture, Chemistry

· PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Agriculture, Chemistry

· Suitable Agri Experience
