Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant at the mid-level for our West Delhi office. This full-time role involves supporting senior management by handling administrative, communication, and coordination tasks, ensuring seamless office operations and optimal executive productivity in a dynamic consulting environment.

Budget: 30-32k Per Month

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for preparing advanced reports, data analysis, and managing key business documentation efficiently.
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (Mandatory skill) to create high-quality presentations for internal meetings and client engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for interacting effectively with executives, clients, and team members both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven experience in calendar management involving the scheduling, organizing, and prioritizing of executive appointments and company events.
  • Strong travel coordination capabilities to independently handle complex domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics.
  • Efficient email management to prioritize, track, and respond to correspondence on behalf of senior management, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Experience in meeting planning, including preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, and ensuring timely follow-up of action items arising from meetings.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail, enabling error-free work across multiple administrative processes and tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, managing calendars, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes, ensuring clear communication and timely distribution of information.
  • Handle travel arrangements end-to-end, including itinerary planning, bookings, accommodations, and expense tracking for the executive team.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and communication, drafting correspondence as required with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Create, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support key decision-making processes.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, facilitating effective information flow and rapport building.
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and maintaining comprehensive filing systems for administrative records.
  • Proactively anticipate executive needs, prioritize tasks, and execute special projects to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
