We are looking for a Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports to: Finance Manager

Location: Madurai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work location: Madurai

Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and intercompany balances.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Oversee billing, collections, and disbursements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding dues.
  • Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments with appropriate documentation.

Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and audit schedules.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budgetary control and report variances with analysis.
  • Support cost control initiatives and financial planning.

Team Management & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with other departments for financial and operational support.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements in financial operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial role.
