Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Madurai. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase branch performance, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The Branch Manager will also track financial performance, prepare reports, and liaise with corporate management to align branch activities with overall company goals.

- Strong Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Problem-Solving skills
- Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Reporting skills
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience with Financial Products and Services
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry is preferred with product knowledge of LAP and Un Secured Loans.
