Project Leadership and Execution

  • Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and address actions promptly.

Strategic Business Growth

  • Advocate for the Zero Harm Mission and integrate initiatives.
  • Promote Risk Management for high-risk activities.
  • Show leadership through tours and encourage safe practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work with heads and senior management for effective implementation.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and ensure compliance.
  • Report incidents and close-out recommendations.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Provide comprehensive training tailored to roles and responsibilities.
  • Encourage team collaboration and sharing of best practices.
  • Mentor and develop EHS staff to enhance their skills.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Regularly review and update EHS policies and procedures.
  • Promote safety rules and ensure emergency preparedness.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
