We're entering a high-growth phase and we're looking for a 
Head of Sales
 who can be both 
a builder and a leader
: someone who can scale our business exponentially by combining strong systems, inspiring leadership, and hands-on revenue ownership.

About the Role

This is not a "desk-only" leadership role. It's a 
player–coach–builder
 position.

You'll 
streamline our current sales process

build a performance-driven team
, and 
identify new growth avenues
 — from partnerships and B2B alliances to new funnels and monetization models.

You will own the full sales cycle , strategy, execution, people, and performance, while driving measurable impact across all our programs, memberships, and products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy, Leadership & Growth

  • Design and execute a 
    comprehensive sales strategy
     aligned with company vision and growth goals.
  • Act as a 
    hands-on leader,
    personally closing high-value deals while coaching and upskilling your team.
  • Build, train, and mentor a 
    high-performing sales team
     with clear goals, incentives, and accountability.
  • Set up sales dashboards and KPI tracking systems to ensure every lead is nurtured and converted efficiently.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews and implement actionable insights for consistent month-on-month growth.
  • Identify and develop 
    new revenue channels
     (collaborations, corporate wellness programs, and referral ecosystems.)

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Streamline the 
    end-to-end sales funnel,
    from inbound inquiries (social, ads, WhatsApp, email) to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the 
    marketing team
     to ensure messaging, targeting, and offers align with customer needs.
  • Personally handle 
    high-ticket client conversions
    , nurturing long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Build and manage 
    follow-up automation systems (CRM, WhatsApp API, GHL)
     to scale touchpoints and efficiency.
  • Continuously analyze 
    conversion data
     and lead source performance to improve ROI.

Revenue Optimization & Business Expansion

  • Conceptualize and launch 
    strategic growth initiatives
     such as tiered program pricing, affiliate programs, or bundled offers.
  • Explore 
    new sales channels
     — B2B corporate partnerships, brand collaborations, and institutional tie-ups.
  • Build predictable revenue models through 
    upsell and cross-sell systems
     within the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align 
    sales targets with company-wide OKRs and financial planning
    .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with the 
    Marketing

    Operations
    , and 
    Client Success
     teams to deliver a seamless brand experience.
  • Represent the Sales function in 
    strategic and leadership meetings
    , contributing to product and pricing decisions.
  • Partner with marketing to test new offers, campaigns, and content that drive leads and conversions.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 
    5–8 years of experience
     in sales, preferably in 
    wellness, coaching, fitness, or digital services
    .
  • Have led or trained sales teams with 
    measurable conversion success (30–50%+)
    .
  • Are equally comfortable in 
    strategy and execution
     — you can build systems 
    and
     close deals yourself.
  • Are 
    data-driven, emotionally intelligent
    , and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Are excited by the challenge of 
    scaling a purpose-driven brand
     and leaving a tangible impact on people's lives.
  • Have experience in CRM platforms, automation, and performance dashboards (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
