We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team for credit card sales. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of various credit card products, and persuading them to apply. A fixed salary is offered with the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database.
  • Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and offers.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
  • Follow up with interested customers and complete the application process.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines during calls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Language: Proficiency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language – customize as per requirement].
