**Job Title: US Banking Voice Process - Fraud & Dispute**
- **Location**: Noida, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve fraud-related issues and disputes over calls.
- Investigate chargeback claims and identify fraud.
- Ensure compliance with **KYC/AML** regulations.
- Provide clear solutions and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in **banking fraud, dispute resolution**, **AML**, or **KYC** (US/UK BPO experience preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with banking fraud detection tools and systems.

**Eligibility**:

- **Fresher or 1-3 years of experience** in **US/UK banking BPO** fraud or dispute process.
- **Graduate/Undergraduate** can apply.
