About the Role

We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital storytelling, community engagement, and performance analytics — helping us build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

Collaborate with design, video, and copy teams to produce high-quality visuals and captions that align with brand voice and campaign goals.

Strategy & Campaigns:

Develop and execute social media strategies that support overall marketing objectives.

Stay updated on social trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.

Community Engagement:

Monitor, respond, and interact with followers to foster a strong and active online community.

Handle customer queries and comments in a timely, professional manner.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare regular reports.

Use insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and ad performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Product, Sales) to ensure consistent messaging.

Support influencer partnerships and paid social campaigns where relevant.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).

Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Creative thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills.
