Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

· Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including finalization of accounts.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

· Ensure timely closure of books and accuracy in general ledger entries.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

· Manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxes: GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and Fund.

· Ensure timely tax payments, filings, and compliance with audits.

· Liaise with tax consultants and auditors for statutory and tax-related audits.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

· Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

· Prepare and present MIS reports to management, including cash flow, cost control, and profitability analysis.

· Conduct periodic expense reviews and identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Banking & Treasury Management

· Manage day-to-day banking operations including reconciliations and fund transfers.

· Monitor working capital, and manage financial documentation.

5. Payroll & Vendor Management

· Supervise payroll processing, including statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/Form 16).

· Manage vendor accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies.

6. Audit & Internal Controls

· Implement robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity.

· Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and GST audits.

· Address and resolve audit queries effectively.

7. Team Leadership & Coordination

· Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team for optimal performance.

· Collaborate with other departments to support business and financial decision-making.

8. Bulk Payment & Vendor Management

· Process bulk payments efficiently through banking portals NEFT/RTGS.

· Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely settlement of dues.

· Maintain records of bulk transactions and provide detailed reports to management.

Qualifications:

· Chartered Accountant (CA – any level) // M.Com or B.Com with 10 years' experience

· 5–10 years of experience in end-to-end accounting and finance management.

· Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and regulatory standards.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other financial software tools.

Preferred Skills:

· Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage finances across multiple companies within a group structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
