Job Description

Lead the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Develop strategies to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiencies.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.Provide financial insights and support to senior leadership for decision-making.Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.Support business growth initiatives through financial planning and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with professional certification preferred.Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance frameworks.Experience in the property or building & construction industries.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.The ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
