Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Audit & Compliance who will be responsible for managing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 implementation, audits, documentation, and training across the organization. The role ensures process compliance, timely audit closure, and continuous improvement in quality and information security practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ISO Implementation & Documentation

  • Drive ISO 9001:2015 documentation, process mapping, and implementation across all departments.
  • Lead ISO 27001:2022 documentation, control implementation, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain SOPs, policies, manuals, and compliance records as per standards.

Internal & External Audits

  • Prepare Internal Audit (IA) schedules for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
  • Conduct internal audits and publish timely IA reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for certification and surveillance audits.
  • Track NCRs/observations and ensure closure with relevant stakeholders.

Compliance Monitoring

  • Conduct periodic compliance checks and identify process gaps.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support management review meetings with updated compliance dashboards.

Training & Awareness

  • Deliver ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 awareness and refresher trainings.
  • Conduct Lean, 5S, and general compliance awareness sessions for employees.
  • Promote organization-wide culture of quality and information security.
