Job Title: HR Executive & Executive Assistant

About Us:

Asian Electrotech is a trusted name in transformer services, delivering reliable and efficient solutions to clients. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive who can also provide executive assistance to our Sales Head. This role requires excellent people management skills, conflict resolution ability, and close monitoring of workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.


• Handle employee grievances and conflicts with fairness and professionalism.


• Monitor workplace discipline, ensure policies are followed, and maintain a positive work environment.


• Address employee concerns proactively and resolve interpersonal issues to avoid disruptions.


• Conduct regular check-ins with staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Executive Assistance to Sales Head:


• Manage calls, schedules, and follow-ups for the Sales Head.


• Support in preparing sales reports, documents, and presentations.


• Coordinate between Sales Head and internal/external stakeholders.


• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:


• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in SMEs or growing organizations).


• Strong ability to handle conflicts, employee issues, and workplace discipline.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work independently.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Candidates residing near Mayapuri / West Delhi preferred.
