Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Research Scientist located in Bengaluru. The Process Research Scientist will be responsible for developing and optimizing chemical processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing, conducting literature reviews and laboratory experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting research findings, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in chemical process development and optimization
  • Strong background in conducting literature reviews and laboratory experiments
  • Skills in data analysis, interpretation, and documentation
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry.
