Clinical Manager

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of Duty doctors and Physician Assistants

· Daily Hospital and Inspection rounds for proper upkeep of the premises, patients care and diligence of the staff.

· Prepare Duty Rota for Duty Doctors and Physician Assistants and Maintaining their Duty Rota.

· Maintain attendance Record of leave, alternate working days, overtime etc.

· Receive the leave letters, sanction & transfer the same to HR Admin.

· Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethics

· Ensure maintenance of Medico Legal records.

· Nominating staff members for professional meetings like AIDS & Tuberculosis and others.

· Ensure accuracy of patient records, discharge summaries.

· Supervise patient clinical care.

· Supervise medical coding, medical billing.

Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints.

Overall Supervision of Medical Records, Medical transcription, Radiology, dietary and Home care services Departments.

Skills Required - Administrative Skills, Clinical Skills, Medical Skills, Communication skills, Planning and Organizational skills, Leadership capabilities, Clinical and Medical care.

Minimum Experience - 3-7 years

Qualification - MBBS/BDS

Preferred - MBA,MHA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
