Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30 am 3:30 pm IST (Australian Shift)
  • Saturday: 6:30 am 10:30 am IST

Full-Time | On-Site Start Date CTC (ANNUAL)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Expert and CRM Manager to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will build automations, customize CRM workflows, and help clients get the most out of their CRM platforms. Youll work extensively with APIs, automation tools, and front-end logic (JavaScript & related

languages) to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and optimize CRM (GoHighLevel preferred) accounts for clients.
  • Integrate CRM platforms with third-party tools via APIs (Google Sheets, Stripe,, etc.).
  • Use Postman to develop, test, troubleshoot, and document API integrations.
  • Build and manage automation workflows with n8n (preferred), Zapier, or Make.
  • Design and optimize automated email/SMS campaigns using workflows and triggers.
  • Create and manage sales funnels, booking pages, forms, and surveys.
  • Apply JavaScript for advanced CRM customization and automation logic.
  • Manage pipelines, tagging, segmentation, and automation sequences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare dashboard-based reports.
  • Test, maintain, and refine CRM automations and integrations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in CRM or automation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred).
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, authentication, and webhooks.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with Postman for API testing and documentation.
  • Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Basic knowledge of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Understanding of marketing automation and lead management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Web development knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be based in Kolkata and able to work from the office.
  • Good Communication Skills should be a must.
