Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GEM Executive who knows full working of GEM SITE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a strong ability to engage with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks effectively while contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Engage with clients through phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that improve overall performance.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.

Skills

  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
