Position Summary

We are looking for
Admission Counselors
with hands-on experience in student enrollment and academic counseling for online programs of top universities, including:

  • Online NMIMS
  • Amity University Online
  • D.Y. Patil University (Online)
  • Online Manipal
  • Uttaranchal Online University

The counselor will play a key role in guiding students through course selection, eligibility checking, and final admission closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students
    via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding available online programs, course content, eligibility, and fee structures.
  • Guide and support students in selecting the right university and course (MBA/PG/UG) based on their career goals.
  • Provide detailed information about Online NMIMS, Amity Online, D.Y. Patil, Online Manipal, and Uttaranchal Online University programs.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
  • Maintain accurate student records and updates in the CRM.
  • Build a trustworthy relationship with students and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with backend and university teams for smooth admission processing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in education counseling or EdTech sales (preferably online universities).
  • Prior experience handling counseling/admissions for NMIMS, Amity Online, Online Manipal, D.Y. Patil, or Uttaranchal Online University is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools.

Salary & Incentives

  • Monthly In-Hand Salary
    : ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
