Software Knowledge: MS Office, ERP/SAP/Oracle

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Admin to oversee and optimize administrative operations at our Dahej facility. The role involves managing budgeting, procurement, facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and employee engagement activities .The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, technical proficiency in ERP systems, and prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual budgets, manage procurement, and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Oversee facility operations, including housekeeping, transport, and canteen services.
  • Manage contracts for essential services (water, pest control, courier, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors and government officials for administrative compliance.
  • Maintain MIS reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage company events.
  • Ensure smooth operation of surveillance and communication systems.
  • Liaise with HR and Accounts for manpower and billing coordination.
