GenAI Technical Architect

Generative AI Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced Generative AI and Hyperautomation solutions that drive significant business impact for our clients. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, leveraging the power of AI and automation.

Role Overview:

The Generative AI Architect will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of scalable and robust Generative AI and Hyperautomation systems. This includes conceptualizing solutions, selecting appropriate models and frameworks, overseeing development, and ensuring the successful integration of AI and automation capabilities into existing and new platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-performance AI and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Design Generative AI & Hyperautomation Solutions:
    Lead the architectural design of Generative AI systems and automation workflows, including model selection (LLMs), RAG, fine-tuning, and intelligent process automation.
  • Azure AI & Automation Expertise:
    Design and deploy scalable AI and automation solutions leveraging Azure AI services and Hyperautomation tools.
  • Python Development:
    Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for data processing, automation, and API integrations.
  • Model Optimization and Performance:
    Optimize AI models and automation pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Data Strategy:
    Design data architectures and pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare data for Generative AI model training and inference, utilizing Azure data services.
  • Integration and Deployment:
    Oversee the integration of AI models and Hyperautomation workflows into enterprise systems. Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
    Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering best practices in AI, automation, and deployment.
  • Research and Innovation:
    Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, Hyperautomation, and related technologies. Drive PoCs and pilot implementations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI and automation solutions align with business goals. Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12–16 years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Generative AI architecture and development.
  • Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Platform, Azure AI services, and automation tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and deployment tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design, microservices, and Hyperautomation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects in a collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.

Desirable:

  • Relevant Azure AI and Automation certifications.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/automation projects or publications in AI/ML.
