Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Guide teams on

    (LLMs, RAG, vector databases).
  • Oversee
    QA
    ,
    Agile delivery
    , and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor engineers and promote
    DevOps
    ,
    CI/CD

    cloud best practices
    .
  • Drive innovation using
    GenAI patterns
    for workflow automation and intelligent assistance.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years in software delivery or technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of
    Python (FastAPI)
    ,
    React
    , and
    AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS, IAM)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    GenAI
    ,
    prompt engineering

    vector database design
    .
  • Expertise in
