Overview:

Seeking a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable backend services for GenAI-driven manufacturing applications. The ideal candidate is an expert in
Python (FastAPI), AWS
, and
GenAI integrations (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs)
with strong system design and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using
    Python & FastAPI
    .
  • Develop and optimize
    RAG pipelines
    , embeddings, and AI workflows.
  • Architect and deploy
    cloud-native solutions on AWS
    (ECS, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
  • Integrate
    LLMs
    using
    LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs
    .
  • Mentor team members and enforce best coding, testing, and delivery practices.
  • Collaborate across squads to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills:

  • 8–15 years of backend experience (hands-on coding).
  • Strong in
    Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL
    .
  • Experience with
    AWS cloud deployment
    and
    DevOps collaboration
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (OpenSearch)
    , and
    prompt engineering (RAG patterns)
    .
