Role & responsibilities
- Visit customers locations for EMI and overdue payment collection.
- Follow up with customers for timely payments and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain records of payments collected and update reports regularly.
- Coordinate with the backend team for payment updates and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical collection practices.
- Represent the bank and maintain a professional attitude during field visits.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable working on-field and meeting daily targets.
- Salary CTC.
- Incentive and allowance will be provided.
