Role & responsibilities

  • Visit customers locations for EMI and overdue payment collection.
  • Follow up with customers for timely payments and resolve basic queries.
  • Maintain records of payments collected and update reports regularly.
  • Coordinate with the backend team for payment updates and escalations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical collection practices.
  • Represent the bank and maintain a professional attitude during field visits.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be comfortable working on-field and meeting daily targets.
  • Salary CTC.
  • Incentive and allowance will be provided.
