As a Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing robust backend systems that power our flagship products. The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Product Architecture and Design:

• Architect and build scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems to support product offerings.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Product Development And Delivery

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs for key product features.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability in product delivery.
• Optimize backend systems for responsiveness and cost efficiency on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in backend development using Golang.
• Proven experience designing and building Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs for high-scale products.
• Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in software development and programming.
• Bachelor's degree (B. Tech) in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.
