**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Create scaleable and automated solutions for problems.
- Write well tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code.
- Own complex enough pieces and modules of the project.

**On a typical day you would**:

- Take the project ahead on the technical goals.
- Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
- Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the Hiring activities.

**About your work and team**:

- You will work in a team of senior and junior Developers, helped by a Scrum Master to manage the agile ceremonies, working towards quarterly (rolling to annual) targets of the business for the Product and Business owners. The offshore and onshore Software Architects will help you and the team align your suggestions on the technical architectures you propose. You will report to the Team Lead Java Backend for regular professional growth.

**You are eligible for this role if you are**:

- Graduate or above in CS or other Engineering/Computing streams.
- 3+ years of experience in software development and programming.

**You must have**:

- Good skills in Problem Solving, Analytical thinking, Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Excellent hands-on coding in Java, SpringBoot, microservices, with crisp understanding of development process using Git and code reviews.
- Excellent hands-on development using Databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player attitude with willingness to lead wherever necessary.

**It will be nice if you have**:

- Passport to travel on need basis in a suitable environment. Better still if you have a valid US Business Visa.
- Working knowledge of Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS).
- Working knowledge of Caches and Event Driven Systems.
