Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to organizational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle pressure effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Hands-on technical background (development/QA/DevOps).
  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.47 per month
