The DevOps team manages and prioritizes activities across these groups, making close collaboration and a solid understanding of DevOps concepts critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget completion.
- PM will lead to DevOps team and has to create various DevOps reports and able to represent the data in front with client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers,QA, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile methodologies, managing sprints, backlogs, and releases.
- Ensure seamless communication between project teams, providing clear visibility of project status to stakeholders and upper management.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively offering solutions to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams for pipeline integration, release management, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams to align with organizational goals and project objectives.
- Implement best practices for Agile project management using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure adherence to standards for incident, problem, and change management where applicable.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a software development or DevOps environment.
- Agile project management experience with hands-on knowledge of tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- ITIL and/or DevOps certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams and driving successful project outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and convey them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good to Have:

Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Background in software development or systems engineering.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.), and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk management and change management practices.
