Role Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn , and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for CPL (Cost per Lead), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition) , and other key KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversions.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets eff ectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop targeting strategies using interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
  • Perform keyword research, on-page and off -page optimization , and competitor analysis to drive organic traffi c and lead generation.
  • Monitor SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, impressions, keyword positions) and coordinate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Generate detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights with recommendations for optimization across paid and organic channels.

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising (B2B or industrial marketing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking , and conversion tracking .
  • Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifi cations:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifi cations are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation or industrial marketing .
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho) is a plus .
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement techniques.
