About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about marketing, understands modern digital tools, and can drive measurable performance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with paid ads, and a strong understanding of SEO and social media growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs.
  • Prepare ad copies, creatives brief, and A/B testing strategies.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to improve website rankings and traffic.
  • Monitor SEO performance and prepare insights-based reports.

3. Social Media Management

  • Assist in strategy development for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.

4. Content & Campaign Ideation

  • Work with creative teams to conceptualize campaign ideas and marketing content.
  • Assist in writing and editing content for ads, social media posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.

5. AI & Digital Tools

  • Use AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, automation, and ad optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI marketing trends and tools.

6. Reporting & Client Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client reviews.
  • Coordinate with clients for updates, approvals, and strategy discussions.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA or BBA specialization in Marketing is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of AI tools used in marketing (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
