Chokkha Foods is a leading manufacturer of traditional Indian pickles and snacks, delivering authentic taste with premium quality. We are expanding our digital footprint and are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage online marketing, automations, and customer engagement tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize digital campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Handle WhatsApp Business, broadcast messaging, CRM follow-ups, and automation flows.
  • Use Wati and other automation tools for WhatsApp workflows, bulk campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  • Manage online lead generation and maintain tracking reports.
  • Basic creative designing using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for campaigns and lead funnels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing and multimedia assets.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain and update the website regularly, including banners, content, product pages, and basic SEO elements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Wati, WhatsApp automation, campaign scheduling, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in handling Amazon Seller/Brand accounts (product listings, ads, and overall account management).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Creative editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot).
  • Strong communication in Hindi & English.
  • Experience with FMCG or food category brands is a plus.
  • Good discipline, time management, and structured approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies in the FMCG field.
